RE: Masks: Tales of Heroism and Villainy
Simon sat back as he listened to Helen's plea. When it was over, he stood up and left the dropship.

"If we're talking the importance of this whole battleship mission, then I shouldn't be going up there. I'm not a soldier or a superhero, I'm just some guy who showed up here because I hoped to do some good. To be honest, this whole thing is still way over my head." There's a depressed sounding chuckle, and a pause, but then Simon breathes in and continues. "A soldier or KNIGHT agent, should take my place - you all have more experience and ability than me to fight these things.

What I do have is eyes. DC's a well watched place, and everywhere someone's watching I can see what's going on too. I can get those of us left behind to the Pentagon, or to safety, or even to a place we can really distract these guys. Give what's left of DC and the rest of you the best shot you can get to save the city."
