Maria gave that first part the faintest grin. Who knew Sy here was such a lovely shit talker. She dropped it pretty quickly in favor of a more appropriate neutral look, and nodded. She certainly didn't identify with his whole schtick, but that sounded fair. "That's fair. It's been a rough day for everyone, and an ethically... well, very new one for a fair amount of us, I think." Certainly was to her. She hadn't had such an easy time with the ethics of killing in like, forever.

... It was weird being an ex-serial killer and technically sort of a super hero.

"So do your own thing. If you- most of you I guess- need an ear you've got it, but... Mostly, I'm also thinking some of us should try to save it, a little, myself included." Because there was a child there. And they just got done stopping folks from being unnecessarily gruesome in front of her. "Until this ship actually blows up, and until we can disperse a little."
