Actually, that would be helpful to know. If you're absolutely done with expanding/attacking, just let me know so I won't have to wait for people just telling me they're not going to do anything. Obviously I'll make assumptions about people being done (for example, I doubt yappy will be able to go much further after this round), but knowing that you're not planning anything else when you do have more than one troop on each of your borders would hopefully speed update times a bit.

Of course, you'd be able to go back on that if you needed to.

Another attack by the Balkanians! Does their ambition know no bounds?

The Saharan Republic extends itself further into North America and Asia, while all other factions wait with bated breath for the end of this first war.

Alright, time to make actions if for some reason you want to now but didn't earlier. Vancho, should I assume that you'll move on to attack New Guinea if you can after this? It would save some time (assuming you succeed).

Despair and destruction. Can the Balkanian war machine be stopped?

Imperial Balkania (attacker) loses 0 troops.
Khan Industries (defender) loses 2 troops.

So, based on previous actions/posts I'm assuming Vancho is going to attack New Guinea and nobody is going to interfere. If this is incorrect, let me know as soon as possible.

The last Khan regiment held out bravely against the Balkanian force sent to wipe their presence from the continent and planet, managing to defeat half of the forces sent to attack them and send a transmission to their central command for reinforcements. However, despite their efforts they ultimately were defeated - the reinforcements would arrive too late, and would be forced to land in an unoccupied territory.

Imperial Balkania (attacker) loses 1 troop.
Khan Industries (defender) loses 1 troop.

Now entering: Maneuver Phase.
Please state your redeployment order via PM or thread post. Remember, you can move troops from exactly one territory you own to exactly one other connected to it (not a problem at this point as none of your territories have been cut off yet). See the rules or ask if you need more clarification. Pagan and Vancho do not have to let me know, as they do not have the troops to maneuver.

Vancho gains a resource card.
Coldblooded gains 8 troops (base 3 + Europe bonus)
avidGamer gains 6 troops (base 3 + Africa bonus)

Coldblooded has two victory points, no resource cards.
avidGamer has two victory points, no resource cards.
yappy has two victory points, no resource cards.

Imperial Balkania, fresh from their victories thus far, immediately move to expand their borders and attack both of their neighbours despite a shortage of manpower. Meanwhile, Khan Industries once again finds themselves arriving second at their destination, this time facing off against the Enclave.

In more peaceful news, Die Mechaniker has decided to take a short vacation from war and expansionism (besides defending their existing holdings of course), and the leader of the Saharan Republic mysteriously vanished.

24 hours for interference/cancelling attacks! Sorry for the late update.

It effects the entire game forever. That does not change the fact that Scars can only be played on specific locations at specific times, and none of the current Scars can be played on a non-attacked territory during the battle phase.

The single regiment Khan Industries sent to its death in Brazil fought like a thing possessed - even the Enclave's terrifying warriors were caught by surprise and suffered grievous casualties. In the end, however, the doomed regiment was doomed, but managed to take half of the enemy force with them.

Meanwhile, in Clone Asia, the Balkanian warpath has continued on - with terrifying results. Despite having lost Oceania to the Empire, Khan Industries decided to cause problems for the Mechaniker force in the Middle East, allowing the enemy of their obviously greater enemy to easily overrun the defenders. In Mongolia, a single regiment chanced a surprise attack on Saharan forces, and narrowly managed a victory as well.

Battle for Middle Earth East:
Pagan plays Scar: Ammo Shortage (-1 to lowest die).
Imperial Balkania (attacker) loses zero troops.
Die Mechaniker (defender) loses three troops.

Battle for Mongolia:
Imperial Balkania (attacker) loses zero troops.
Saharan Republic (defender) loses one troop.

Battle for Brazil:
Khan Industries (attacker) loses one troop.
Enclave of the Bear (defender) loses three troops.

You may now make a second round of expansions/attacks. PM me with what they will be (or if you are fine with your current position).

This phase is pretty much just for attacking and expanding.

Also I just wanted to make it clear that turn order only matters for a handful of mechanical points such as resource allocation at the end of the turn and who gets what if two places expand into the same province at once. Since all turns happen simultaneously, it's mostly unimportant to you guys in the grand scheme of things.

The Enclave returns the note:

"Khan Industries does not truly understand their position. Your forces are crippled. You pose no threat to us. In fact, you have endangered our lands with your actions. If we were to leave your forces alive, they may pose us a threat in the future. Your offer is pointless, as we could easily take the land from you by force, as well as the rest of New South America. We may consider allowing your people and your culture to live on under our control, but your land is ours, and no pitiful bribe can stop us."

NEWS FROM THE GLORIOUS BALKANIAN EMPIRE:

From his palaces in Siam, the Almighty and Divine Balkanian Emperor stated that he was "Open to negotiations with the Enclave on a cease-fire on their front." He said in a rare interview that he was "reevaluating the expansionist policy", but "there will be no plans to end hostilities against the Saharan Republic or the Die Mechaniker dogs." Currently, the military has decided not to counter-attack in the Middle East, as it would be counter-productive to future war efforts.

Taking advantage of the Balkanian's weakened state, Die Mechaniker chooses this moment to go on the offensive, attacking Afganistan. Will anyone interfere?

I am now seeking a replacement for yappy111, who has not responded to PMs sent to him and seems to have vanished altogether. If you are interested in his spot, please contact me via this thread or a PM.
